REFUND & WARRANTY POLICY – NEURALED

1. Money-Back Guarantee

Neuraled offers a 90-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this period.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the product must:

  • be returned within 90 days of delivery

  • be complete with all included accessories

  • be in a condition consistent with reasonable use

  • not be damaged

Any incomplete, damaged, or improperly used product may be subject to refusal or adjustment of the refund.

3. Product Inspection

All returned products are subject to inspection prior to refund approval.

Neuraled reserves the right to refuse or adjust a refund if the product does not meet return conditions.

9. Manufacturer Warranty

Warranty Period

Neuraled products include a 12-month manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery.

Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and product malfunctions under normal use in accordance with the provided instructions.

Exclusions

The warranty does not apply in cases of:

  • improper or inappropriate use

  • failure to follow usage instructions

  • physical damage, drops, or impact

  • unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • normal wear and tear

  • damage caused by external factors (liquids, excessive heat, etc.)
